- some of the published films do not have subtitles for people with disabilities,
- some elements may have inappropriate contrast,
- alternative texts for all images may be missing,
- the fuel quality control map is not available and is excluded from the obligation to ensure availability.
The declaration was prepared on 2023-10-11 based on a self-assessment carried out by a public entity using the Wave and Tingtun Checker tools.

Everyone has the right to request digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or any of their elements. You can also request information to be made available in alternative forms, for example you can request the reading of a digitally inaccessible document, a description of the content of a film without audio description, etc.
The request should include:
- data of the person submitting the request,
- indication of which website or mobile application it is,
- method of contact,
- the form of the requested information if the requesting person reports a need to receive information in an alternative form.
The public entity should fulfill the request immediately and no later than within 7 days. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform about when it will be possible to fulfill the request, but this deadline cannot be longer than 2 months. If it is not possible to ensure accessibility, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information.
If an entity refuses to comply with a request to ensure availability or alternative access to information, a complaint may be filed. After exhausting all possibilities, the complaint can also be sent to the Ombudsman.

The building is accessed by the entrance to the Conference Center, Office and ADR Contact Point is located from Plac Powstańców Warszawy 1, marked "entrance A" (closer to Boduena Street), entrance from the connector between Plac Powstańców Warszawa and Sienkiewicza Street, marked on the entrance door: "entrance for employees" (stairs lead to the entrance).
A wheelchair ramp is located from Moniuszki Street.
The Office is equipped with a stairclimber that allows wheelchair users to easily and safely climb the stairs.
For wheelchair users, there is a corridor and rooms on the ground floor, including a toilet for disabled people, accessible from the entrance to the Conference Center, the Office and the ADR Contact Point.
There are 4 parking spaces for disabled people in front of the building.
There are no Braille signs in the building, no contrast markings or large print markings for the blind and visually impaired.
Passenger lifts are equipped with a voice information system with Braille buttons on the control panel.
